Kate Drummond is the VP of Marketing and Business Development for P2, where she leads marketing strategy and execution for Citropol polymeric emollients for beauty, as well as identifying new applications for this novel polymer chemistry in other markets. With nine years at BASF Corporation in a variety of roles and industries, most recently heading marketing for the North America Personal Care business, Kate brings a strong background in innovation management, product launch, and strategy.

Aaron Peterson

Aaron Peterson's career path in the personal care and wellness industry has been an unconventional but successful 23-year journey, sparked by connections and opportunities. He began as a lab technician at TwinLab, where he gained experience in supplement quality control. He then transitioned to cosmetic chemistry at Nu Skin, diving into formulation, followed by bench chemistry roles at Northwest Cosmetic Labs (now Elevation Labs) and Melaleuca in Idaho. He returned to Nu Skin as a Senior Scientist and after three years transitioned to technical sales, first at Ross Organic, then Barnet Products. With 13 years in raw material sales and currently serving as Director of Sales for P2 Science, his sales tenure now exceeds his time in the lab. An active member of the SCC since 2005, Aaron quickly became involved, eventually serving as chair and then as a National Area III Director. He complemented his non-traditional background with UCLA extension courses and SCC seminars.
